Alodia's

Here are some images from a new Italian restaurant in Irmo called Alodia's. Adam Huneau opened the restaurant named after his great-grandmother in the Publix shopping center on North Lake Drive a few miles from Lake Murray. They are going to have a grand opening soon. I'll update this post later with his website when it's live and a date for the grand opening. If you get a chance to eat dinner here, you won't be sorry. The food is great! Lucas

Adam and Betsy provide a warm and friendly environment that is not typical of today's restaurants.
Here you will not find pizza! The pasta is made fresh and the sauces are prepared daily. Most of the family recipes have been passed through generations. Aside from typical Italian dishes, some of the seafood dishes are my favorites.
There is a fine selection of wines. For a digestif, the bar provides an excellent selection of drinks.
I have brought my friends from the other side of the dam. After dining, they all have admitted, they will return.
Thanks Adam for bringing Alodia's to Irmo, especially very near to my home.
